Returns & Exchanges*


We want you to be completely happy with the products that we offer. If you find yourself wishing to return an item. 

Our returns portal is open 24/7 you can enter and book your own return via our  RETURNS & EXCHANGE PORTAL 

*hygiene products such as underwear, earrings or facemasks are not returnable.

Return Conditions 

All items for return 

  • must be unused with all the original tags attached.
  • must be returned with their original receipt 
  • must be posted back to our Genova address (please note we do not provide returns shipping labels)
  • full-priced items: purchased within 30 days 
  • sale or discounted items: purchased within 15 days
  • cannot be hygiene items such as : underwear, tights, earrings or facemasks
  • attached to a valid order number 
  • must be shipped to us within 7 days of booking a return via the returns portal 

 

 

Damaged Items

If you wish to return any damaged item(s)  please email us and leave your name, contact details and the product(s) with a staff member and we will be in touch with you within 5 working days with what we can offer. This may be to repair the item(s) or offer you store credit in the form of a gift voucher, depending on how long you have had the item the store credit. You might be eligible for a refund or exchange if you contact us within 30 days of making the purchase, depending on the details of the damage. 

Our products are built to last, but every now and then accidents happen and a product gets damaged through no fault of the wearer. In this instance we will try to repair if possible, If it is not possible to repair then you can receive store credit based on how long you've had the item.

fault within 3 months - 100% store credit of cost paid 
fault within 6 months - 75% store credit of cost paid
fault within 9 months - 50% store credit of cost paid
fault within 12 months - 25% store credit of cost paid 

We cannot repair or replace any items that you have purchased over 12 months ago.
